I will assist you both in person or virtually, from start to finish. From crafting the perfect playlist that fits your vision to helping create a timeline that ensures your event flows smoothly (unless a outside coordinator does that for you), I've got you covered!

I provide a free and easy to use music and timeline planning app that you can download straight to your phone. In the app you can add music, create a timeline, note annoucments you'd like me to make, and even invite guests to suggest songs, so you don't have to.

With top-notch sound and lighting, I create an immersive experience that sets the perfect mood and atmosphere for your event. I combine visuals and music to make every moment more special and keep the energy high throughout the party.

To ensure I have eveything I need to make your event special, I recommend booking at least 6 months in advance. This allows time for us to meet, discuss details, plan, and finilaze everything to perfection.

Once you inquire, we’ll schedule a meeting (in-person or virtual) to discuss your vision, music preferences, and event details. This ensures we’re on the same page from the start.
Using my music planning app-Vibo, we’ll work together to create a personalized playlist for your event.
You can add specific songs and choose from recommended playlist.
Two weeks before your big day, we’ll go over the final timeline, special announcements, and last-minute requests to ensure everything is in place.
On the big day, I’ll arrive 2-3 hours early to set up.
From start to finish I’ll coordinate with your vendors to keep the event flowing smoothly, ensuring an unforgettable experience for you and your guests.
